The Food Bank of North Alabama is a nonprofit based in Huntsville that aims to end hunger by feeding those who are hungry and creating solutions that will end hunger tomorrow. Annually, they feed over 80,000 people at risk. They also participate in initiatives and collaborations that address the root causes of hunger.
Why Jasmine Chose Food Bank of North Alabama
Jasmine says, "The Food Bank of North Alabama is a great cause that is such a relief for many people who would go hungry otherwise. Their team works tirelessly to run the many hunger relief programs they offer to make sure people can have food.
In addition to their regular hunger-relief programs, they have specifically helped local people whose jobs have been affected due to the pandemic. Their programs make such a huge impact in our community."
