Boxing for a Cause is our way of giving back to our community. Each month, Image in a Box donates to a nonprofit picked by one of our team members. Michelle chose the Huntsville's Operation Green Team Foundation for November!
About Operation Green Team Foundation
The City of Huntsville's Operation Green Team, a Keep America Beautiful affiliate, strives to inform and motivate the community to keep Huntsville beautiful and take steps to live with a decreased impact on our environment.
One of their main goals is to increase litter awareness in our community, but they also focus on local nature preserves and programs such as Adopt-a-Mile and the Plastic Cap Recycling Contest for Schools.
Why Michelle Chose Operation Green Team Foundation
Michelle selected Operation Green Team Foundation to receive a donation this month because she appreciates their initiative to keep Huntsville clean! She says, "Who doesn’t enjoy a clean city? Not to mention, a relaxing walk on one of the Huntsville’s nature preserves. I hope the donation we provide helps this wonderful organization keep Huntsville a beautiful place to live."
