Boxing for a Cause is our way of giving back to the community. Every month, Image in a Box donates to a local nonprofit selected by one of our team members. Justin chose The Alabama School of Cyber and Engineering Foundation for February!
About The Alabama School of Cyber and Engineering Foundation
The Foundation benefits the funding and establishment of The Alabama School of Cyber and Engineering. The school is meant to provide opportunities to academically motivated 7th-12th graders in the cyber technology and engineering fields. The school is expected to open in August 2020 and aims to equip Alabama students with the knowledge they needs to meet the demand of cyber-technology related jobs in the area.
Why Justin Chose The Alabama School of Cyber and Engineering Foundation
Justin selected the Alabama School of Cyber and Engineering Foundation (ASCE), Inc because of their missions to provide educational opportunities and experiences in the cyber field. He says, "They plan to build an independent magnet school that will allow these gifted students the ability to excel in one of the fastest growing markets today. Cyber technology and engineering will continue to be more and more complex and this is one way to educate the next generation of professionals."
